2024 WINTER CONFERENCE

The 8th Annual Reacting Winter Conference, hosted by the University of Georgia Reacting to the Past Program, will be held remotely January 12-14, 2023 on zoom

Our focus this year is active learning: both the efficacy of Reacting as an active learning practice par excellence, and how we can borrow strategies from Reacting to keep our classrooms in that active mode, even when not using Reacting games. The heart of the conference is the game workshop, where instructors learn about the Reacting pedagogy by experiencing it in condensed, abbreviated gameplay. The game workshop also provides context and guidance on using Reacting in your classroom. Check out the conference page for full details.
